Because all our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we do not offer returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or design.

 

We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds For:

  • Wrong size or fit

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Mistakes made at checkout (e.g. wrong item or address)

Please double-check sizing guides and product details before placing your order.


 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us. We’ll work with our production partner and shipping provider to investigate the issue.
