Shipping Policy
We work with a print-on-demand partner (Printful) to fulfill your orders. That means each product is made just for you once you place an order — helping reduce waste and overproduction. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Fulfillment Time
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and destination.
Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped via the selected shipping method.

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high volume seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of products in your order. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Customs Fees
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the package being lost or returned.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it — but you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with our print partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
